Predictions of the Mayan Calendar

Predictions of the Mayan Calendar
The Mayans are an ancient civilization that was skilled in astronomy and mathematics amongst many other skills. They were always a point of interest for historians and archaeologists. However, recently they have become quite a fascination for people around the world. It is simply due to the predictions brought about by the Mayan Calendar. Since the Mayans were excellent in creating calendars many use these calendars as somewhat accurate predictions for the distant future, particularly for December 21st 2012. This has brought about a speculation for the end of the world on this date and is supported by science and religion.
The Mayan calendar is actually made up of two different sections: Tzolk’in which consists of 260 days and Haab which consists of 365 days. When combined, these calendars make a cycle of 52 years known as the Calendar Round. On December 21st 2012, the Mayan calendar is to come to an end, resetting itself to 0.0.0.0. This is has led to the assumption that the world would end on this particular date. Thus, this specific date has become quite fascinating to people around the globe. So how did the Mayans consider this particular date?
The Mayan’s “Long Count” calendar marks the end of a 5,125-year era on December 21 2012. This specific date represents the conjunction of the Winter Solstice Sun in close proximity with the crossing point of the Galactic Equator (Equator of the Milky Way) and the Ecliptic (path of the Sun). However, the Mayans have not exactly predicted the end of the world to be destructive; rather they convey the beginning of a time of Great Tribulation. Nevertheless, since these Ancient Mayans are not alive today to explain their forecast most do think that this frightening prediction of the Mayan Calendar denotes the end of life. This is due to assumptions made by science and religion.
Although the Mayans were noted for their theories, science and religion does play a part with the predictions of the Mayan Calendar. Scientists have predicted many natural disasters during that period of time. They have also brought to attention the increase of solar flares on the sun which can result in disastrous consequences for the earth. Furthermore, scientists assume that the earth is to go through a magnetic pole switch. If these issues occur at the same time, the end of life is sure to follow. Religion contributes to these theories with the prophecies of natural disasters and the earth’s poles switching.
Are these prophecies and theories evidence enough that the world is to come to an end shortly? The Mayans were quite an intellectual race, but were they accurate on their prophecies? Some people assume that these theories are a waste of time; whereas, others are preparing themselves for the worst. Could the prediction of the Mayan Calendar be linked to the disastrous presumptions made by scientists and age-old religious views? Or is it possible that December 21st 2012 is to be a year of Great Tribulation rather than destruction? Either way, it is impossible to answer the question until the time arrives. It is best to be prepared with an open mind for what the future holds for us.

The date predicted is tied to almost every religions historic revelations. It is fairly accurate. It is actually going to be the time or period when we will see a new world order or world govt. And this is where the destruction comes into play. After the establish their presence PUBLICLYthey will then exterminate anyone who does not go along with them. Which is not too far off from what the US is currentlydoing all over the planet. Their ultimate goal is to decrease the population. They will do this through releasing biological agents on us, through CHEMTRAILS, through war, etc. This period, according to most all religions prophecies will last approx 7 years till humanity wakes up to the fact that we as a Species have the power to stop them. It is then that Humanity Unitedfulfills the prophecies of eschew religion and dispells this evil from the planet once and for all. THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS WITHIN MAN. I believe Jesus Christ Said that …!!!! What tha means is when humanity finally realizes we have been deceived and manipulated our entire lives we will unite globally, creating a common perception of love and compassion for mankind, that we are all the same despite what we have been brainwashed to think. It is then and only then we can eradicate these scumbags from the planet. We outnumber them 1 million to one. FUCK THE NEW WORLD ORDER.
I always love it how one guy claims to not only know all the secrets… but the motives too.
Now, Anthony, you promised to continue taking your medicine.
The Christian Bible in the last book of the New Testament (Book of Revelation} describes a period of time seven and a half years just before the return of Jesus Christ.
That time is known as the time of Tribulation a period when the Anti Christ or Satan will be in full control of a world government the period is designated by natural and unnatural events.
The moon turning blood red, one third of earths waters poisoned, massive earthquakes world wide simultaneously earthquakes so large that entire mountain ranges are rearranged and coastal cities flattened. A Shift of Polar magnetic could cause massive movement of the tectonic plates in the earth and the described earthquakes.
The disasters will be blamed on Christians and Jews who remain those who were not raptures prior to the event. Those who accept Christ prior to and during the tribulation period will be saved and allowed into heaven.
The rest non believers are destroyed in the Lake of Fire with Satan and his angels. The Tribulation period may also experience Demonic Beings manifesting themselves to mankind just as they did in pre history before Noah and the Flood of the world.
The Mayans themselves have disregarded that theory. There are many explanations as to why the calendar stopped there. Maybe the Mayans had to leave, died off somehow, or couldn’t find enough materials to complete the calendar.
